Opinion: Take a different perspective

Whether you’re selling a product or a service, at some point you’ll come across someone who just doesn’t get it. They may not understand what you’re trying to demonstrate or maybe they’re not sure what you’re offering is suitable for them.

Take a breathe and think about it from their perspective.

If they have asked the same question a few times maybe you can explain it differently, or use a scenario to illustrate your point. You know everything there is to know about what you offer, however this knowledge will not automatically transfer over to your buyers.

Choose effective communication, even story telling, to get your message across and build your relationship with your clients.
